Moving In (Open)

Carson Davis walked into her new Loft. It was her first place and she was so excited. She walked to the center of what would be her living room and spinned around. She giggled up a storm just as she did when Roger use to spin her around the living room back home as they were growing up. She stopped dead in her tracks. It wasn't fun without Roger spinning with her. She walked over to her boxes and started up packing. She stopped for a minute and called down to the moving people to bring up her couch and bed. As she waited, she unpacked some kitchen stuff and put it in it's place. She had the movers put the couch in the middle of the living room and her bed in the bedroom. Carson picked up a picture of her and Roger when he came backstage at her last show, Les Miserables. In the picture, she was in costume as Eponine and Roger was standing next her smiling proudly. She plopped down on her new couch and sighed. She placed her picture on the endtable that was next to the couch. Yes, This is home. Then she heard a knock at the door.
"Who is it?" she asked, walking over to the door to look out the peephole.

Benny stood at the door of the newly rented loft in his building. He'd come to greet the new tenant - what was her name? Something Carson? Or was Carson her first name? He'd barely glanced at it before coming over, and now he was kicking himself for not taking a closer look. Too late now. He'd heard a voice calling out from inside the apartment, one that sounded vaguely familiar, but he dismissed that thought.

"Benny Coffin," he called out in response to her question, "I'm your landlord. Just wanted to make sure everything's alright, see if you needed anything."

Carson looked out the peephole. Benny. What does he want? She undid the locks on the door and opened it.
"Hey Benny." she said, "Remember me? Carson? Carson Davis? Roger's sister? I forgot you were landlord here." Why the heck would he... oh it's his job.
